Meeting with voters |
At the meeting, voters showed their considerable concerns over local suspended projects for years, which causes a lot of difficulties for local residents; unsolvable land disputes and claims for years; degraded clean water supply system, which fails to guarantee water quality; inundation in rainy seasons, which results in environmental pollution and affects people's lives.
On behalf of the provincial leadership, Chairperson of Dong Nai People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai gave answers voter’s questions, saying that Dong Nai province and Bien Hoa city would review all planned projects and that unfeasible projects will be removed quickly to choose other investors for them and clear explanation will be given to the public.
If the authorities of wards and cities fail to resolve land disputes, the cases can be taken to the court.
For the degraded water supply system, Bien Hoa Municipal People’s Council deputies said that they would soon contact the water supply company to solve the problem
