Illegal sand exploitation is being complained by voters

At the meeting, hearing Dong Nai Provincial and Bien Hoa Municipal People's Council deputies report on the province and the city’s socio-economy in the first 10 months of 2011, and orientations and tasks in 2012 a majority of voters showed their agreement and high appreciation

Nevertheless, voters raised many  pressing recent-year issues years: a necessity for a quicker construction of the new Ghenh bridge to reduce traffic congestion and accidents;  high risk of accidents caused by a road network with many a weakness; an increase of social evils; unguaranteed clean water and environmental sanitation; alarming landslide caused by illegal sand exploitation.

These issues have repeatedly been raised by voters but have not been solved. Even the locals who attempt to prevent illegal sand exploitation are threatened.

Thus, voters asked authorities and concerned agencies to do something quickly to deal with this situation.
