On May 21st, 2010 morning, Dong Nai province Labor Federation held a conference to wrap up the program of building good cultural life in agencies and units in 2009 and set out with course and missions in 2010.

In 2009, deploying the program of building agencies and units with good cultural life has always been done in connection with implementing regulations on grassroots democracy, including caring and creating favorable conditions for cadres, soldiers, labor union members, workers, and officials to take part in building civilized lifestyle and executing strictly rules and regulations in agencies and units, etc., contributing to promotion of emulation movements aimed at successfully achieve the province’s socio-economic targets. Over one year, 1,938 agencies and units in the province have been recognized as ones with good cultural life, accounting for 93.94%, up almost 0.3% over 2008.

However, during implementation period, some agencies and units had been confused about organization mode; rate of enterprises in various forms, especially foreign invested ones, has been low; checking and assessing units for good cultural life title in some areas had been quite assigned to district level labor union, etc.
As reported, the target in 2010 is that 85% of units gain the cultural life title and 60% of enterprises get extra certificates.
On this occasion, the provincial Labor Federation awarded communities and individuals who have got achievements in building agencies and units with good cultural life in 2009.
