In 2010 alone, the Department has issued 19,780 certificates for 42,604 land lots with the total area of 82,000ha, 58 percent higher than 2009. Organizations of state forest works have received certificates for 77,594ha, increasing the rate of certificate issuance for these organization from 48.7% to 92.7%
The issuance makes a positive contribution to the state management and an important role in the socio-economic growth and the stabilization of people’s lives in the province. Some districts have their area get high rate of issuance such as Long Thanh, Vinh Cuu, Dinh Quan and Tan Phu.
