Department of Environment and Resources Reveals and Disseminate 2008-Law on Biodiversity

Delegates at the workshop

    At the workshop, the leaders Of Department of Environment and Resources presented 2008-Biodiversity Law approved by the fourth session on NA of term XII on November 13, 2008 with 8 chapters and 78 items; stipulating that conservation and sustainable development of  biodiversity; rights and obligations of  organizations, households and individuals concerned in conservation and sustainable development of  biodiversity. In addition, the workshop approved the until-2010 National Action Plan on Biodiversity Conservation and until-2020 Orientation and implementation of Convention on Biodiversity and Cartagena Protocol on Bio-safety.
