According to the provincial Association of Orange Victim Agents, the Long Thanh-Nhan Trach vocational secondary school, Dong Nai Technical and Vocational Centre, Dong Nai Post Office and Telecommunications, and Coop Mart Bien Hoa have agreed to give regular allowance to orange agent/dioxin victims who are in difficult situation in Long Thanh, Vinh Cuu, Xuan Loc,Cam My districts and Bien Hoa city. Accordingly, the regular allowance to the victims is 20 kgs of rice/victim/month.
