In particular, 132 prisoners in Dong Nai will get amnesty.

The consideration of amnesty is always done in a strict, tight, open and democratic

The amnesty order is considered by the amnesty advisory council. This process is conducted in a strict, close, open, and democratic way that ensure fairness for right prisoners and follows legal rules.

Once again, the Amnesty in 2011 shows the Party and the government’s leniency policy and the Vietnamese people’s humanitarian traditions towards criminals to encourage them to change themselves, obey rules, and soon become useful.

Amnesty shows prisoners’ obedience of rules and of educational process and their improvement at jails and at detention centers throughout the country.
