The report by Vinh Cuu Agent Orange Victims Association says over three years the Association has called for organizations and individuals from inside and outside the district to give donations and gifts worth nearly VND1 billion (or US$48,231.4).

Donations are given to the family of an Agent Orange victim in Cam My district

Particularly, the Association donated more than 1,200 gifts worth over VND552 million (or US$26,623.7) on holidays, and in New Year Day, made breeding loans to the families of five victims, granted scholarships for 99 students who are the children of Agent Orange victims, supported 26 victims, did the renovations of houses for the families of three victims, and paid visit to victims that passed away and donated more than VND8 million (or US$385.851).

The Association keeps a fund in the Treasury to make allowances for the families in unexpected cases.
