(News Portal – Dong Nai) - According to People's Committee of Bien Hoa City, in 2023, the city is implementing 24 resettlement projects, with a total of nearly 5,8 thousand land plots.
Resettlement areas in Thong Nhat and Tan Mai wards are currently under construction
Among these, there are currently 5 projects including resettlement areas in Buu Hoa, Tan Hanh, Quang Vinh, Tan Bien, Thong Nhat and Tan Mai wards are under construction. The total number of land lots in these 5 resettlement areas is more than 816 plots.
In addition, there are 12 other projects that are being readied for investment procedures, while another 7 are in the investment proposal stage.
