According to information from Dong Nai Statistics Office, revenue from apparel products in the first eight months of 2022 is over VND 3,450 billion. In which, in August, 2022, it reached VND 581.3 billion, nearly 9% higher than the previous month. Dong Nai is one of the leading provinces in the country in terms of garment production and export. At the same time, textile is also the main production and export industry of the province. Since the beginning of the year, garment enterprises in the province have produced nearly 185 million clothing products to supply the domestic market and export to nearly 100 countries and territories around the world.

In Dong Nai, the textile and garment industry have attracted a large number of enterprises with domestic investment capital and foreign direct investment capital. More than 80% of Dong Nai's garment products are exported and the markets that import many of these items are the United States, Europe, Japan, China, and South Korea. In the textile and garment industry, enterprises invest in modern machinery to increase productivity and reduce the pressure of labor shortage in factories.
