Corporations and enterprises from Japan highly appreciate the investment environment of the province and are looking for a place to rent land with the intention of opening new factories to produce goods for the Vietnamese market and other countries in Southeast Asia. Mr. Tsukasa Hirabara, General Director of Acrowel Vietnam Co., Ltd (100% Japanese capital) in Long Thanh Industrial Park (Long Thanh District) shared: “Acrowel has invested in the province for more than 10 years and has many times to expand production. The company's products are wires, welding rods and are mainly sold to other countries. Now that the Covid-19 epidemic has subsided, the company plans to increase capacity to sell to foreign partners.
Similarly, Mr. Shuji Oida, General Director of Justin Joint Stock Company (Japan) said: “The company specializes in manufacturing gaskets and seals for many industries around the world. Since many years ago, Justin has invested in foreign countries and now the company is looking for opportunities to invest in a production plant in Dong Nai to supply products to the domestic market and Southeast Asian countries. All of the company's factories have modern production lines and top-quality Japanese products."
In the plan to expand investment in Dong Nai, Japanese enterprises are aiming to build a supply chain for the whole region. Therefore, they expect to link with other enterprises in Dong Nai to form a closed chain, to limit the import of input materials.
*Many multinational corporations have invested in the province
Japanese enterprises that have been and are about to invest in the province have the same assessment, Dong Nai is a place with great potential for industrial development. Because this is a big industrial center of Vietnam, near Ho Chi Minh City, convenient transportation, so placing production factories in Dong Nai will reduce costs and time to transport goods for consuming domestically and export. Especially in the near future, a series of highways will be completed to help connect traffic better and by the end of 2025, Long Thanh International Airport will be put into operation, which is also a great advantage for businesses.

Enterprises investing in industrial parks, mostly operating effectively, have increased capital and expanded production many times. The company is completing the procedures, expanding the industrial park to have more land for Japanese enterprises and other enterprises to rent for new investment and factory expansion"
Many famous Japanese corporations have invested in Dong Nai such as Canon, Shiseido, Mitsubishi, Ajinomoto... choose to set up production factories and export products to ASEAN countries, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates. United Arab Emirates... In addition to Japanese enterprises, many Korean, Taiwanese, Thai and European enterprises also plan to choose Dong Nai as the place large production factories for export. If Dong Nai prepares a large land fund for industry in time, it will welcome many multinational corporations to invest. Industry in Dong Nai is still a sector that attracts many foreign investors.
