According to the provincial People's Committee's plan to support investment in technical infrastructure of Industrial Clusters in the period 2021 - 2025, investors in the construction of technical infrastructure of Industrial Clusters will be supported with 3 items: advance the capital to investors for the site clearance and compensation; invest in general technical infrastructure of Industrial Clusters; and support investment in technical infrastructure for environmental protection of Industrial Clusters.
The plan sets out the goal that by 2025, agricultural product processing industrial clusters will be formed. 100% of Industrial Clusters come into operation with a centralized wastewater treatment system that meets the standards. Industrial clusters that have an occupancy rate of over 70% of the total industrial land area are supported to upgrade the general technical infrastructure of the industrial Cluster to ensure conditions for labor safety and environmental sanitation. To attract and support investment in common technical infrastructure of at least 5 Industrial Clusters.
Dong Nai has 27 planned Industrial Clusters with a total area of nearly 1,500 hectares. Currently, only a few Industrial Clusters have projects that have been put into operation, no Industrial Clusters have completed their technical infrastructure and have a standard wastewater treatment system. This support program will create favorable conditions for investors.
