According to the Provincial People's Committee, by the end of 2021, there have been 5/21 subdivisions in Bien Hoa City approved by the Provincial People's Committee to build subdivisions according to the general planning project of Bien Hoa City. Five subdivisions have been approved for planning, including C2, C3, C4, D1 and A4 in Long Hung Commune and a part of An Hoa, Phuoc Tan, Tam Phuoc and Hiep Hoa wards.
According to the overall adjustment of the master plan at the rate of 1/10,000 of Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province in the period to 2030, with a vision to 2050, approved in 2014, HCMC. Bien Hoa is divided into 21 subdivisions.
In addition to the 5 subdivisions that have been approved for planning, the remaining subdivisions are completing the formulation and appraisal of subdivision construction planning. 2 subdivisions including C1, D1 have been commented by the Ministry of Construction and 6 subdivisions have been approved by the Provincial Construction Planning Appraisal Council.
