Provincial leaders check the actual progress of public investment projects in Bien Hoa city

​On October 27, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc went to check the actual progress of a number of projects using public investment capital in Bien Hoa city.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the actual projects including: investment project to build Vam Cai Sut bridge; district road 2 project, phase 1, phase 1 (2 of these projects are invested by the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Authority); Dong Nai Provincial Police Command Center project (invested by Provincial Police) and Dong Nai riverside road project, the section from Hoa An bridge to the border with Vinh Cuu city (by People's Committee of Bien Hoa City as an investor).

Investors and contractors said that due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic in 2021 plus the price fluctuations of raw materials and supplies, it has greatly affected the progress of projects. There are 3 projects that have not yet completed all the site clearance work.

With the Dong Nai Provincial Police Command Center project, due to the implementation process, it encountered a landfill in the project implementation area, so it had to calculate the treatment plan.
