According to Dong Nai Statistical Office, 25/27 industries had an increase in production index compared to the same period last year. This shows that the results of industrial production activities in the province have recovered after the Covid-19 epidemic is under control.

In the 10 months of 2022, Dong Nai's industrial production index increased by more than 8% over the same period last year. In which, the mining industry increased by more than 5%; processing and manufacturing industry increased by nearly 8.2%; production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water and steam increased by nearly 7%; water supply, waste and water treatment and management activities increased by nearly 6%.

 Some key industries with 10-month production index achieved a good increase compared to the same period last year, including food processing, beverage production, textiles, footwear, chemicals, and manufacturing products. non-metallic minerals, electrical equipment, machinery and equipment. However, industrial production is still facing difficulties due to the war between Russia and Ukraine, and global inflation. Some businesses in Dong Nai have had orders reduced or canceled orders to Europe.
