Enterprises’ efforts to restore production and commercial

​In recent years, the situation of the Covid-19 epidemic and the impacts of conflicts and fluctuations from the world have caused many difficulties for the economy in general and the business community in particular. In that context, businesses and entrepreneurs in the province have made efforts to overcome difficulties, restore production and trade, many units continue to find new directions, increase cooperation and investment to improve their potential.

In order to recover the economy after a difficult time, Dong Nai has closely followed the actual situation, issued and implemented timely policies to accompany and support the business community in the area.

Overcoming difficulties to invest for development

 
Together with the business community across the country, from the beginning of 2022 until now, businesses in the province have entered the stage of proactive adaptation and flexibility to recover and develop. The picture of production and trade of enterprises when entering 2022 has advantages. However, in recent months, there has been a great difficulty that is the epidemic situation, the "zero Covid" policy in China. Along with that, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is increasingly escalating. Many countries face high inflation, sudden increase in input material prices, increasing product costs, affecting the signing of export contracts of enterprises.

In the context of difficulties, businesses and entrepreneurs in the province have made efforts to restore their production and business activities.
Diep Nam Phuong Investment JSC (Long Thanh district) is an investment, trading, import-export and processing company based on stainless steel material for industrial production, construction, and healthcare, food. Company director Nguyen Huu That said that the enterprise is recovering production and business strongly. To meet the needs of customers, the company has just built a new factory with an area of 1 ha in Loc An-Binh Son Industrial Park.

 Similarly, Huynh Duc Production Service Trading Co., Ltd (Bien Hoa City) is one of Dong Nai's famous supporting industry manufacturers and has invested in Da Nang. This enterprise is investing in building a new factory in Amata Industrial Park to increase capacity and develop more professionally. It is expected that in early 2023, the new factory on an area of more than 2 hectares of the enterprise will come into operation, creating favorable conditions for Huynh Duc to receive and participate in the global supply chain of supporting industry products.

 Support and accompany businesses

 Difficulties are also times when businesses find their new development directions. From the end of 2021, Thong Quan Co., Ltd (Bien Hoa City) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hung Nhon Group to continue to elevate its business. Accordingly, the two sides aim to cooperate to invest, develop and apply 4.0 technology in logistics activities; import and export entrustment services, customs procedures; multimodal shipping services, super-long and super-heavy items; commercial services of buying, selling, exporting - importing agricultural products, connecting domestic and international suppliers and distributors; warehouse rental service…

 In the field of mechanical engineering and manufacturing, GSB Steel Structure JSC (Vinh Cuu district) has also cooperated with NS BlueScope Lysaght Vietnam (Lysaght), a big corporation from Australia. “Innovations in building materials technology can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 80% due to the production and handling of building materials. The cooperation with Lysaght is a testament that we have the full capacity to manufacture steel structures to meet the demanding requirements of energy balance projects. This is also in line with our long-term goal of not only providing high-quality steel structures to the domestic market but also the regional market" - Mr. Nguyen Tan Loc, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GSB shared.

 Speaking at the celebration of Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day held by the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association recently, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung highly appreciated the contribution of the business community and enterprises to the development of the locality. The province also understands the difficulties that businesses have been and are facing, especially in the context that the unpredictable developments of the world continue. Therefore, the locality will closely follow the actual situation to join hands with the business community in socio-economic development.
