Loan outstanding balance for import and export are estimated at nearly VND 59 trillion

According to the State Bank of Vietnam, Dong Nai branch, by the end of September 2022, outstanding loans for the import-export sector of credit institutions in the province are estimated at more than VND 58.9 trillion, increased by about 50% compared to the beginning of this year and accounted for more than 17.6% of the total outstanding loans of credit institutions in the area. In which, the outstanding loan for export alone is estimated at VND 31.7 trillion, up 48% compared to the beginning of this year.
Dong Nai is a locality with import-export turnover in the top of the country, so the demand for loan capital for this field is quite big. In the first months of the year, import and export activities have prospered after being affected by the Covid-19 epidemic. In addition, many banks in the province have promoted credit sources for production and business activities, including export - import... This contributed to the import-export lending activities to have a relatively high growth compared to the end of 2021.
