Proposal to increase investment incentives in 10 quarries that have been discontinued

​(CTTĐT - Dong Nai) - The Provincial Land Fund Development Center had just proposed the Provincial People's Committee to have preferential policies, encourage by allocating land or other incentives to attract investors to 10 quarries (9 quarries in Bien Hoa City and 1 in Nhon Trach), with an area of more than 130 hectares, which has been discontinued for many years.

According to this unit, the above land areas are mainly for commercial and service, traffic and specialized water surface usages. Over the years, the center had notified but so far no investors responded, moreover the center also had to spend their money to erect fences and warning posts. To avoid wasting land resources; at the same time renovating the landscape and environment, there should be preferential policies to encourage project investors or develop short-term space leasing plans for 5 to 10 years. ​​
