(CTT-Dong Nai) - The Department of Industry and Trade said that Dong
Nai's export turnover of goods to the Chinese market in the past 7 months was
estimated at over $1.2 billion, up 2% over the same last year’s period.
China is the province's 3rd largest export market, the export growth returned from July after many consecutive months of decline with export turnover reaching 145 million USD (in the first 6 months of 2023, exports to the Chinese market decreased by 2% over the same period). Some major export items to the Chinese market include: footwear of all kinds; fiber, textile yarn; means of transport and spare parts; vegetable and fruit products; machinery, equipment, tools and spare parts…
According to economic experts, China is already one of the three main export markets of Vietnam, but there is still plenty of room for exploitation. Therefore, businesses should learn and find ways to make the most out of this potential market.
