At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Confederation Nguyen Thi Nhu Y and members of the delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor said that the collective agreement of textile and garment enterprises is a project that enterprises will closely link together in taking care of workers' rights, while helping businesses stabilize policies so that workers can feel secure to work, limiting the situation of "jumping" jobs. In order to attract enterprises to participate in the project, the superior trade unions need to analyze so that enterprises can understand the benefits of participating in the project, especially building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.

In Dong Nai, to implement the project, the Provincial Labor Confederation worked with 2 groups of textile enterprises in the province. In which, in the area of Trang Bom district has worked with 9 textile enterprises and currently 5 enterprises have agreed to participate in the project. For the group of textile and garment enterprises in Bien Hoa city, there are currently 2 units that have agreed to participate in the project. The consulting group of the Provincial Labor Confederation is continuing to work with 4 garment enterprises in Bien Hoa Industrial Park to mobilize enterprises to participate.
