Planning nearly 11,000 hectares of residential land for 5 localities

​According to the district-level land use plan for the 2021-2030 period, the province will increase by nearly 11,000 hectares of residential land in rural and urban areas in 5 districts and cities. In which, including Long Thanh district, it is expected that by 2030, there will be nearly 4,000 hectares of residential land, an increase of nearly 2.4 thousand hectares. Next is Nhon Trach district with an increase of 2,050ha; Cam My district will increase nearly 1.5 thousand hectares of residential land, Long Khanh city nearly 900 hectares; Thong Nhat district will increase more than 700ha.

Long Thanh district has increased a lot of residential land

The localities on the planning of a lot of residential land are to anticipate big projects on transport infrastructure, industrial parks that have been and will be implemented in the near future. Specifically, Long Thanh district and Nhon Trach district have planned a lot of residential land for residential projects to wait for Cat Lai Bridge, Ben Luc - Long Thanh Highway, Long Thanh International Airport, Ring Road 3. …The completion of the above projects will attract many Ho Chi Minh City residents to move to Dong Nai, and at the same time, new and expanded industrial parks will attract many laborers inside and outside the province to work and live.
