(News Portal – Dong Nai) – On the morning of January 8, the Provincial People's Committee organized the granting of investment certificates to 9 projects in industrial parks in the province. Attending the ceremony were Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh; Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Thai Bao, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee Cao Van Quang; Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang along with leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial People's Committee Office and departments, sectors, Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority and leaders of 9 enterprises receiving investment certificates.

There are 9 projects awarded investment certificates with more than 410 million USD worth of investment. Of which, 4 new FDI projects with a total registered investment capital of 156.4 million USD, 4 FDI projects with increased total investment capital of 217 million USD and 1 industrial park infrastructure business project increases its investment capital to 871.8 billion VND. According to the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority, the projects all have large investment capital, are vital for industrial park and socio-economic development, and are consistent with the province's investment attraction policy.
Specifically, Freudenberg & Vilene International Vietnam - Long Thanh Project, in Loc An - Binh Son Industrial Park (Long Thanh district), specializes in producing cotton balls and cotton sheets, with a total registered investment capital of 10 million USD, invested by Freudenberg & Vilene International Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong - China). K-Upa Vina project in Nhon Trach I Industrial Park (Nhon Trach district), operating in the field of goods storage services, with a total investment of 10 million USD invested by KCTC Vina Co., Ltd. (Korea); Ryder Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd.'s manufacturing plant project is invested by Ryder Industries Limited (a Hong Kong - Chinese enterprise), in Long Thanh Industrial Park (Long Thanh district) with total investment capital of 15 million USD, specializing in manufacturing electronic circuit boards; speaker systems and sound amplifiers for musical instruments; infrared devices and remote controllers.
SLP Park Loc An Binh Son project in Loc An - Binh Son Industrial Park (Long Thanh district), operates in the field of warehousing and goods storage services for logistics activities. Total registered investment capital is over 121 million USD. There are 5 projects with increased investment capital from companies such as: Advanced Multitech (Vietnam) Ltd. in Nhon Trach III Industrial Park; tire factory project of Kenda Rubber Company (Vietnam) in Giang Dien Industrial Park; Hyosung Dong Nai Co., Ltd. project in Nhon Trach V Industrial Park; Tri An Factory specialized in coffee production project of Nestlé Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Long Binh Industrial Park (Amata); Ho Nai Industrial Park infrastructure construction investment project phase 2.
Enterprises with new investment projects received their investment certificates on the morning of January 8.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang said that the province was pleased to welcome investors to implement new projects as well as increase investment capital and expand business activities in industrial parks at the beginning of the new year. This was a good start for the province's socio-economic picture in 2024 with large-scale investment projects in areas the province is increasingly attracting investment such as logistics, high technology, support industries, industrial park infrastructure...
On this occasion, businesses include: Ho Nai Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, VRG Long Thanh Investment and Development Corporation and Sea fund I investment 14 PTE. LTD - the investor of SLP Park Loc An - Binh Son Project has each donated 100 million VND to the Fund "For the Poor" of Dong Nai province.
It is known that this is the first round of awarding investment certificates of the province in 2024.
