The pilot phase revealed that the number of bookcases in localities remains limited, and there are no effective solutions to attract readers, resulting in low efficiency of the model. Therefore, the People's Committee of the district has requested localities to continue surveying and selecting densely populated areas, playgrounds, and commune-level one-stop-shop offices to implement the model. Additionally, they are encouraging coffee shop owners to adopt the Book Café model integrated with digital transformation and technological support. This includes collaborating with telecommunications providers to apply smart Wi-Fi, linking to e-reading platforms, and affixing QR codes that lead to various documents and materials.

This initiative aims to build a learning society within the district.
