(News Portal – Dong Nai) - On October 1st, a representative of Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park) announced that after more than three months of construction, the company has officially put into operation the GWP complex (short for Great Work Place), designed to cater to the recreational and relaxation needs of employees, along with various other amenities.

The GWP complex includes several dedicated rooms such as: the Union room – Party cell meeting room, Legal Assistance room, Supermarket, Recreation room, Medical room, and an area for distributing meals to the employees. Notably, the Recreation room, equipped with chess boards, Chinese chess boards, foosball tables, table tennis, and hammocks, has garnered a lot of interest and anticipation from the employees. The mini supermarket in particular will offer essential items at affordable prices, helping employees reduce shopping time after a long workday. For the remaining rooms, the company ensures that union officials and staff are always on duty to listen to and address employee inquiries regarding policies, provide psychological counseling, and take care of the employees' health.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, a representative of Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd.'s management stated that this is a significant step forward for the company in creating a modern work environment and demonstrating care for the mental well-being of the employees.
