Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh shared that with the existing system of seaports and inland ports, Dong Nai possesses very important resources to promote the regional economy in general and of the region. However, the seaports of the province are subject to great competition from the seaports of Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong. That's why it takes a lot of effort. In order for seaports to function well and prosper, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee believe that there must be a well-connected transport system, thereby reducing costs and reducing transportation time.
