145 projects in the Industrial Zone are operational

​According to information from the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority, up to now, in the Industrial Zones in the province, there are about 145 projects under construction to build factories and offices. In which, there are 62 projects of enterprises with domestic investment capital and 83 projects with foreign direct investment capital with a total registered capital of over US$1.8 billion. It is expected that from now until the end of the year, there will be dozens of projects to complete the construction of factories, assemble production lines and put them into production. In addition, in the Industrial Zones of the province, there are also 62 projects that have been licensed for investment but have not yet been implemented, including 22 projects of foreign direct investment enterprises with a total registered capital of US$146 million and 40 projects with domestic investment capital with a total registered capital of nearly US$3.2 trillion. The reason for the slow implementation of projects by enterprises is due to the Covid-19 epidemic; investment capital to build factories, offices, machinery, and equipment. Therefore, enterprises must recalculate new investment projects and prolong the investment roadmap to ensure capital for production and business.
