(Tam Phuoc Industrial Park), Nguyen Thi Thanh Tin said, although it is very difficult, the company has never thought about cutting back any labor. Instead, the company is trying as much as possible under current conditions to maintain jobs and ensure a secure income for workers, which cuts working hours but maintains a workforce, encourage employees and businesses for attempting to overcome the pandemic. Simultaneous, trying to access policies on labor and employment, supporting policies for enterprises from the Government to overcome difficulties and retain employees.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Doan, Production Manager of Pancera International Joint Stock Company (Go Dau Industrial Park, Long Thanh district), said that the Covid-19 epidemic had significant impacts on the company's production. The company still regularly deducts VND 6,000 / employee into employee welfare fund and is used to take care of employees. From the beginning of the year until now, there are many cases of workers who are in difficult circumstances, under sickness, in tribulation have been supported with millions of VND each from this fund.

At LGD Investment Joint Stock Company (Trang Bom district), before the complicated changes of the epidemic affecting psychology, employees, the company still maintains all the welfare regimes that have been applied and accomplishing in enterprise during the past time. At the same time, to share difficulties with employees during the epidemic, the company issues a new benefit, from March, additional support of 1 million VND per student who is a child of an employee under the age of 18 until they are back to school according to the schedule of the Ministry of Education and Training. The company recommend employees to continue to feel secure to work, continue to stay with the company in long-term and follow strictly regulations, guidelines and recommendations on prevention of epidemics of the Government, the Ministry of Health ... join hands with the community to repel the epidemic.
