Approving the general planning of 5/7 urban areas

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) – Up to now, 5/7 urban areas have had their general planning approved by the Provincial People's Committee according to their authority. These are: Long Khanh city and the towns of Long Giao, Tan Phu, Dau Giay and Dinh Quan. 

Trang Bom Urban Area, Trang Bom district 

As for 2 urban areas Gia Ray town and Vinh An town, the Department of Construction is coordinating with the locality to complete the overall adjustment dossier of the general planning to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval.

For 4 urban areas under the approval authority of the Prime Minister, up to now the Prime Minister has approved the task of overall adjustment of the General Planning of Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai province until 2045; the task of general planning of Trang Bom urban area, Dong Nai province until 2045. The Provincial People's Committee has submitted to the Ministry of Construction to ask the Prime Minister for approving the task of general construction planning at a scale of 1/10,000 for Long Thanh urban area, Dong Nai province by 2045. The Ministry of Construction organized a conference to evaluate the task of adjusting the general planning of Nhon Trach new urban area. The Department of Construction is coordinating with the consulting unit to complete the dossier and submit it to relevant authorities for approval. ​
