9 commodity groups that have consumer price indexes increased in January 2024

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) - According to Dong Nai Statistics Department, the consumer price index (CPI) in the province in January 2024 increased by 0.3% compared to December 2023. Of which, in urban areas it increased by 0.33%, and  by 0.27% in rural areas.

There are 9 out of 11 commodity groups whose price index increased compared to the last month of 2023 such as: transportation group; food and catering services; drinks, cigarettes; housing and construction materials; equipment and household appliances... Particularly, the price index of the garment, headwear, and footwear group decreased by 0.05% and the postal and telecommunications group was stable compared to the previous month. ​​
