Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tri, director of the Service of Culture and Information expressed his directing opinion “the results obtained in the preceding year are very good, showing the efforts and endeavors of branches at all levels. However, the movement did not develop strongly in non – state enterprises and in foreign capital- invested companies. Therefore, more concern is needed for building a good cultural lifestyle for workers in enterprises. Moreover, it is necessary to associate this program III closely with other programs, such as program II and program I on building cultural families.” About this matter, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tri also expressed his opinion “building a good cultural lifestyle in units is a permanent, long-term task and it is necessary to create a good environment for everyone to participate in.
