This is a significant election that will be held on May 22, 2011.

Thus, the Central Vietnam Women's Association asked local Women’s Associations to pay more attention to structure, composition and proportion of female delegates nominated to take part in the National Assembly and levels of People's Council.

Striving for a 30 percent of female delegates elected to the National Assembly and levels of People’s Council is a must.

Therefore, levels of Women’s Association ought to offer women opportunities to contact voters before the election and call for women to participate in the election for their citizen rights.

Also, the meeting heard local authorities’ contributive opinions on some contents regarding structure, composition, organization and propaganda work for the election.
