On the morning of August 21, Dong Nai Youth Union, Dong Nai Radio and Television Station, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Department of Education and Training cooperated in organizing Summer Flamboyant Festival called “Funny Summer” at the hall of the provincial Cultural and Sports Complex.

The festival attracted the participation of a lot of children from eleven districts, towns and cities in the province. The festival has nearly sixty items of all kinds: solo singing, duo singing, trio singing, group singing, dance, song and dance and so on. These items honor the heroic history of the People and of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Venerable Uncle Ho, patriotism, traditions of the Youth Union and Young Pioneer Organization and love towards schools, classrooms, teachers and classmates ... These are the items selected from the grassroots Flamboyant Festivals.
According to the jury’s assessment, the festival program of this year has a higher degree of uniformity than that of the previous years . The quality of each item is above average and the festival has been elaborately arranged and organized.
Consequently, the first prize went to Long Thanh flamboyant team. Trang Bom and Long Khanh teams won the two second prizes.
