Provincial People’s Committee has just approved the overall planning of underground space construction for Nhon Trach new urban area. The master plan is made at the scale of 1:10.000 and the planning area is over 41 thousand hectares. The functional area under underground space is: public works to be constructed and arranged mainly towards the west of Nhon Trach new urban and both sides of 25B and 25C road.
In particular, underground space is planned for the projects’ area: Song Kim residential area; Center of Nhon Trach town; Vinh Thanh - Sotraco residential area; populated area in Phuoc An commune, Long Tho commune; and Phu Thanh and Long Tan residential areas. In addition, there are some underground transportation works such as walkway, subway and underground parking lot, and underground infrastructures in the urban.
