On July 18, in Binh Duong province, emulating group of Southeastern provinces (include: Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan) organized a seminar to make preliminary summary for their commitments in emulation for the first six months of 2014.
In the first six months, socio-economic situation of the provinces in emulating group have continued to revitalize, whereas most of provinces achieved GDP growth rate of over 10%, with the leading positions belong to Ninh Thuan and Dong Nai. Up to now, Dong Nai province is the pioneer in Southeastern region in the movement of a new rural construction.
At the seminar, M.A Tran Thi Phuong Chi (Branch of Plant Protection under Dong Nai Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) was selected to present typical report with the theme: establishing, maintaining, expanding the production area and consuming market for ‘Tan Binh Luc’ clean rice (in Binh Luc hamlet, Tan Binh commune).
