According to Dong Nai Department of Statistics, the export turnover of Dong Nai in the first 6 months of 2015 was estimated approximately 7 billion USD, increasing 14.5% in comparision with the same period of last year.
The exports was mainly carried out by FDI enterprises with the turnover of 5.9 billion USD, private enterprises with more than 1 billion USD and state enterprises with nearly 120 million USD. The major goods items for export included in footwear, garment, wood products, machinery and spare parts ... Among approximately 30 export items, there were only 5 valued ones with decreased quantity, the other items have maintained growth rate higher than that of the same period last year.
In the first 6 months of 2015, Dong Nai imported more than 6.5 billion USD. So the province had the trade surplus of more than 440 million.
