In the morning of May 29th, at Department of Justice, the Announcement Ceremony of the implementation of one door mechanism, modern interconnected one door mechanism was held with the attendance of Mr. Tran Van Vinh – Deputy Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee.
Accordingly, team of receiving forms and delivering their settlement results has been improved, equipped with modern facilities; 26 administrative procedures are fully posted in public under Provincial People’s Committee’s provisions, professional officers are assigned to do tasks. Especially, the application of 02 softwares for registering, managing birth, marriage and death records and the electric one door software have been deployed. Since January, 2015, approximately 500 birth, marriage and death records with foreign factors have been received and treated on one door software and 2.500 Notarial Certificates were issued on the management software of notarial records.
It is highly probable that the implementation of one door mechanism, modern interconnected one door mechanism will improve the quality of administrative reforms, provincial investment environment by satisfying people, foreigners and organizations when they contact Department of Justice for administrative procedures.
Delivering guildlines at the Announcement Ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Vinh – Deputy Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee asked Department of Justice to continuously enhance the administrative reforms, pay attention to the effective usage of material facilities, equipments and train the dedicated officers to serve people, even foreigners who contact and apply for administrative settlement so as to implement external affairs well, creating favorable conditions to attract investment, develop production and trade of Dong Nai province in particular and the country in general
