Department of Trade & Industry has just held a Dialogue with Dong Nai Import & Export enterprises in the field of investment, taxation, customs, certificates of origin of goods in 2015" on June 27th.
There was the attendance of Mr. Tran Ngoc Liem, Deputy Director of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) - Ho Chi Minh branch, leaders of Departments and Agencies and 150 import and export enterprises in the province. Conference providedenterprises with new rules on origin of goods as exporting to the market of EU,Japan, Turkey ...; a new declaration in the procedure of granting the origin certificate (regulations on the origin of goods based on export and import countries); some import & export goods is tax-free; the methods to apply forbeing recognized as the prior enterprises.
The issue concerned by many enterprises isDepartments of Tax andCustoms continue to shorten the time of solving the import & export procedures to accelerate the import and export of goods. Departments timely provide the enterprises with guidance, information about the new rules on tax and customs to perform them properly; procedures for foreign companies in the province to participate in the distribution of goods in Vietnam.
