Industrial production in November gained over VND 11 thousand billion

IIP of the cumulative for the past eleven months of 2011 was 12.12 percent higher than the same period. Specifically, IIP of state ownership went down 0.1%; IIP of the non-state ownership went up 13.6%; IIP of the foreign ownership went up 14.6%.

Industrial production in November 2011 gained VND 11,046 billion, up 2.3 percent against the previous month. The cumulative for the past eleven months of 2011 gained VND 108,393 billion, up 17.3 percent over the same period or 89.7 percent of the year plan.

9 out of 9 industry groups saw an increase in production value, including 10 percent increase in exploitation and production  of building materials, 20 percent increase in processing of agricultural and food products, 24 percent increase in textile, garment and footwear, 18 percent for wood and bamboo processing, over 6 percent increase in papers and publishing, nearly 13 percent increase in chemicals, rubber ad plastics;  14 percent increase in machinery, 7.7 percent increase in electrics and electronics and more than 25 percent increase in power and water.
