Secretary of Dong Nai Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh Pays a Working Visit to Changshin Vietnam

At the working session, Changshin Vietnam said that it is ranked as the first in terms of size among the Changshin Corporation in many countries.

Particularly, the company made more than 200,000 pairs of shoes in 1995. Until 2011 the company has produced 15.7 million pairs of shoes and its turnover is expected to rise from US$2.8 million to US$260.4 million in 2011.

Changshin Vietnam is a foreign-invested company which is appreciated as one with good policies to take care of workers through such practical activities as price stability sales programs, literacy and continuing education programs, computer and language skill training programs, the building of houses of compassion and of mutual associations, purchasing insurance for workers’ families and so on.

Changshin Vietnam workers’ income improves significantly year by year.

Labor union activities are also the strengths of Changshin Vietnam. The company’s labor union offers its workers chances to have direct talk with the company’s leadership.

In addition, the company has recruited 360 disabled people, who are steadily working for it.

In terms of the building of the Party, Changshin Vietnam has had its own Party organ with more than 100 Party members

Addressing the working session, Secretary of Dong Nai Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh highly appreciated Changshin Vietnam’s achievements in production and business activities, in activities to care for laborers and in the building of the Party and of other organizations and unions.

Also, Thanh asked Changshin Vietnam to continue promoting its strengths to reach its goal to establish standards for human-production process-product.
