In 2005, Dong Tam Company brings a hundred of new products into the markets. These new products are more attractive, high-quality and have high resistance to temperature change. They are unique decorative products for the home and garden. Excellent quality and wonderful beauty pottery products from Dong Tam Company win consumer confidence in European countries. In addition, the company recently broke into US market with its new unique high quality pottery products. At present, Dong Tam Company has entered into a contract with Home Depot, Lowes and others from US for selling its new products worth a thousand dollars per month. At Las Vegas Handicraft Exhibition and Fair in August 2005, Dong Tam products drew much attention of visitors. In fact, the company signed the memorandum of sale with some US companies.

Beside of developing new product with its high competitiveness in the market as unglazed and colored pottery, Dong Tam company also paid attention to such simple products as pot, pottery imitation of a flowerpot and stone imitation product with light weight aiming to meet customer needs on Christmas holiday, Lunar New Year and other festivals. These products are much loved by customers from Asian countries, especially in Republic of Korea, China and Taiwan.
Until now, Dong Tam Company has signed export contracts for 2006. Accordingly, export target of 2006 will be higher than that of 2005. The company plans to expand the production and employ more both workers and technicians in the next time. This will bring Dong Tam’s total employees to about 800, increase over 200 employees compared to now.
