Its headquarter located in H22 - Vo Thi Sau Street, Thong Nhat Ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province. The share issue is made in two steps. The first step has been completed and comprised VND 11 billion which was offered to workforce with preferential shares worth VND 82 million and outside company owning VND 10.918 billion. Particularly, Vina Capital purchased shares worth VND 5 billion. After first share issue, D2D charter capital amounts to VND 52.16 billion. The second step will comprise VND 21.34 billion and the subscription period is expected to run in 2006.
By 2007, D2D will achieve VND 100 billion in turnover, 13.35 billion VND in profit after tax as well as contribute VND 5.5 billion to state budget and pay a 12.7% dividend to the shareholders. The target 2007 was set in the shareholders meeting November 9, 2005.
Presently, D2D provides infrastructure in Nhon Trach II Industrial Zone with total area of 347 hectares for trade as well as specializes in designing and constructing many important construction projects such as extending National Highway 5 and some other projects. The company is planning to invest in building infrastructure and waste treatment plant project in Nhon Trach II Industrial Zone.
