Cooperatives supported in developing environment service models

Presently, there are 10 environmental cooperatives in the province, with the total charter capital of VND6,566 billion (US$393,960) and 138 members. Besides, there are other 34 cooperatives running environment service activities. These cooperatives have paid attention to enhance their operation quality and made effort to reform, gradually overcoming difficulties. Many of the cooperatives have invested in expanding their business in environment services. They have contributed to providing jobs for labourers and solving employment issue for their localities.

Addressing the conference, Ao Van Thinh encouraged the cooperatives to expand their business fields and enhance business quality associated with environment service models.
