Industrial production value in November, 2009 to top VND8 trillion

According to the report by the Department of Trade and Industry, the value of industrial production in November, 2009 hits VND8.0633 trillion, up 2.5% compared to the previous month. Eleven months’ accumulative value is estimated at VND76.6373 trillion, up 9.9% over the same period and equal to 91.3% of the adjusted year plan.

    Particularly, state-owned industries reach VND791.87 billion, up 2.4% compared to October; local state-owned industries reach VND221.9 billion, up 1.9% compared to the previous month. Non-state industries reach VND1.005 trillion, up 3.1%, and foreign-invested industries hit VND6.0445 trillion, up 2.4%.

    8 out of 9 industries of Dong Nai province have achieved a stronger growth over the same period the past eleven months. Particularly, some industries such as agricultural product processing, garment and textile, footwear, chemicals, rubber and machinery make up a large proportion.
