Vinh Cuu Gets Election Preparation Work Done Urgently

Election Day is approaching. To better implement propaganda plans and to get people to better understand Election Day’s meaning and their rights and responsibilities deeply and broadly, Vinh Cuu’s sub-committees in charge of propaganda activities are required to cooperate with other agencies in beefing up propaganda by means of communications facilities.

Last week, Vinh Cuu Center for Culture, Information, and Communications made 50 meters of propaganda banners, publishing 3,968 propaganda flyers, organizing 11 propaganda sessions throughout the district with mobile propaganda vehicles, and holding two music performance shows and eight movie showing sessions that were combined with election propaganda information.

4,209 voters attended election law classes.

Communes and towns in the district made 108,5 meters of banners.

Also, Vinh Cuu Radio station has broadcast seven special items aiming for the election of the deputies into the 13th National Assembly and of delegates into levels of People’s Council in 2011-2016 period (30 minutes to be broadcast every day), made 31 pieces of news and 5 articles, broadcast 20 propaganda hours.

Communes and towns in the district broadcast 109 propaganda hours concerning the election of the deputies into the 13th National Assembly and of the delegates into levels of People's Council in 2011-2016 period.

It is expected that Vinh Cuu district will hold a flower vehicle decoration contest to serve election propaganda plans performed by Center for Culture, Information, and Communications.
