Department of Internal Affairs held a seminar on working time of office-bearers

 

The Department’s sum-up report of showed that in 2010, the Department managed to assist the People’s Committee in re-arranging the organization of regular staff in a streamlined way, avoiding overlap and duplicate cases. Accordingly, administrative regular staff increased by 110 persons compared to 2009, … Staff rose up by 1185 persons. As for civil service, the Department organized 2 exams to select and recognize 700 civil servants. It also assisted the Committee with appointing and transferring officials and civil servants to proper positions so that they would work as best as they were able to. The emulation and reward work were gradually put in order and made more effectively than before …
