In addition to serving readers on-site, the division of book transition is responsible for delivering books to far flung areas such as libraries in districts, schools, and the rubber company and so on with 23,547 copies of books. On occasion of annual holidays, the library often supplies a wide range of publications, which meet increasing demand of readers, by means of book displays or book presentations; contests on making books exposed to readers such as summer story telling contest, introduction to books on 310th anniversary of Bien Hoa and so froth are also held.
