Trainees would participate in talking shows about such special topics as: principles and operation methods of grassroots labor unions; general problems about workers’ movements and Vietnam Labor Union; Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s thought taken as an ideological foundation for Vietnamese revolution; oral propaganda task, mastering public opinions and dealing with “hot” possibilities at grassroots levels; and information about Vietnam labor law.
