On the morning of June 23, the Secretariat at Dong Nai People’s Committee collaborated with Dong Nai Department of Internal Affairs in holding a training conference about administrative procedure control for departments, committees, and sectors.

The meeting

The training conference aimed at getting agencies and units to fully understand the purpose and significance of administrative procedure control and their responsibilities according to the Prime Minister’s decrees, at giving them instructions on how to assess impacts and collect public opinions on legal draft documents that contain administrative procedure regulations, at giving them instructions on  how to receive, process, and reflect individuals and organizations’ opinions on administrative procedure regulations, and on how to make administrative procedures known to the public, and at giving them opportunities to assess the impacts of administrative procedure regulations and to estimate costs to comply with administrative procedures.

Accordingly, solutions will be put forward to ensure the effectiveness of administrative procedure regulations towards minimizing individuals and organizations’ administrative burden.
