Seminar on Enhancing Civil Servants Effective Use of Working Hours

It is the fact that staff and civil servants have not made full use of working time (eight hours a day); being late for work, leaving office early; and time duration spent on meetings is abundant that badly affects specialized work, which are all opinions shared at the seminar on improving efficient use of working hours of cadres and public servants jointly held by Institute of Sate Organization Science, Ministry of Home Affairs and the Provincial People’s Committee on the morning of Jan. 25.

    In order to get informed about the real situation of working hour use and management of cadres and civil servants today and seek for effective management solutions, the seminar attendees were given chance to hear and discuss relevant opinions to reveal the facts of time management of civil servant and public employees in the province. Dong Nai is said to be one of ten provinces nationwide where the institute has chosen to conduct surveys for experience reports.
