Recently, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc worked with Kim Oanh Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company (Kim Oanh Group, Ho Chi Minh City) related to 3 ongoing projects in the province.
Specifically, in the planned residential area project in Long Tan and Phu Hoi communes (Nhon Trach district), the investor proposed to extend the project implementation schedule, adjust the land allocation policy and guide the procedures to build social houses at the 20% land fund of the project. The Company is committed to carrying out legal procedures and at the same time fulfilling financial obligations as prescribed.
For this project, Chairman of the People's Committee Cao Tien Dung proposed the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Planning and Investment to review and agree on the total extension time. On the proposal to build social houses, this was suitable to the needs of the local, the enterprise contacted the Department of Planning and Investment and Nhon Trach district to adjust the investment policy.
For the residential area project and Trang Bom supermarket (Trang Bom District), there is a part of the area that is not eligible for parcel separation, the investor proposes to allocate land and collect land use levy. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to consider the regulations and advise on removing them.
As for the Kim Oanh Binh Son residential area project, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee agreed to assign Long Thanh district to implement the N1 road project in the form of socialization.
